Proposed ACA disability data collection standards (PDF)
We strongly support the US Department of Health and Human Services proposal to use a standard set of questions on disability that span all federal surveys that gather demographic data. This is a significant step in strengthening the capacity for comparison between findings of different survey instruments. (August 1, 2011)

In 2017, The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NASEM) convened a Roundtable workshop on The Intersections Among Health Disparities, Health Equity, and Health Literacy and commissioned a paper to be presented at the workshop. DREDF was selected to lead the team that wrote the paper. (January 2018)
