CLAIM NOTICE

Notice of Cash Settlement Fund in Connection With Disability Rights Lawsuit Involving the Oakland Coliseum

To all persons with mobility, vision, or hearing disabilities who have been to the Oakland Coliseum:

You may be entitled to a share of a cash settlement fund established as a result of the recent settlement of a disability access class action lawsuit. Depending on how many valid claims are filed, you may be entitled to receive up to $1,000.00 in cash and two vouchers to be used at certain concerts and other events at the coliseum.

To participate, you must have a mobility, vision or hearing disability and you must have either (1) attended a game or event at either the outdoor stadium or indoor arena at the Oakland Coliseum anytime since May 19, 1992, or (2) attended one or more events at the outdoor stadium or indoor arena before May 19, 1992, but not have returned to the coliseum after that date due to a disability access issue you experienced.

To share of the settlement fund, you must file a valid claim that is postmarked no later than March 18, 2000.
