DREDF and co-counsel Disability Rights California and Barajas & Rivera APC submitted a tort claim to the Moreno Valley Unified School District (MVUSD) and other public entities on behalf of an 11-year-old Black disabled student who was repeatedly handcuffed and restrained by school police.
