SUMMARY:Readily Accessible Lawyering: Working with Clients with Disabilities
DESCRIPTION:An estimated 25% of Americans are people with disabilities. Unfortunately\, clients and prospective clients with disabilities too frequently encounter barriers to accessing legal services. Attorneys can play a major role in reducing these barriers to better serve clients with and without disabilities. \n  \nThis training will explore readily accessible lawyering\, an approach to legal services that increases accessibility for disabled and non-disabled clients alike.
