Responding to Complaints in State and Federal Court
This training hosted by CWLC and Disability Rights Education & Defense Fund (DREDF) will focus on responses to complaints (including answers, demurrers, and motions to dismiss) in federal and state court. The goal is to offer practical, skills-focused guidance that legal aid and public interest attorneys can immediately apply in their litigation work.
