Brittanie Hernandez-Wilson

Brittanie Hernandez-Wilson is the California Lead Homecare Organizer at Hand in Hand: The Domestic Employers Network. Her organizing work sits at the intersection of disability justice, care, and collective liberation, focusing on protecting and expanding access to home- and community-based services and building the power of disabled people, care recipients, families, and workers. Brittanie is a 2026 American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) Paul G. Hearne Emerging Leader Award recipient and is working on a storytelling project to protect Medi-Cal called Our Stories, Our Care.
