Transition to adulthood is full of uncertainty, but the IDEA, Section 504, and the ADA, plus available resources, help ensure our high school students begin preparing for a thriving and successful life after high school, no matter what that looks like. Parents and students alike can join DREDF’s advocates for this webinar as we walk through the transition process in special education from start to finish, and all the considerations for the IEP team, 504 team, and, most importantly, the student.
