Join DREDF’s advocates as we walk through the requirements in federal and state special education law regarding behaviors at school. What must a school do, and how can a 504 plan or IEP address behaviors? When behaviors rise to the level of discipline, how must schools respond, and what steps can parents take? We’ll discuss all this as well as advocacy tips and strategies for anyone navigating the special education system.
