DB101 California is a free, plain-language website that explains how the state’s benefit programs work and lets you run your own numbers before you make a decision — we’ll walk through it live so you know how to use it on your own. From there, Hand in Hand’s My Home is Someone’s Workplace curriculum turns to the employer side: defining the work, understanding what the law requires of you, and building communication that keeps a good worker in the job.

Amid Medi-Cal budget pressure and federal changes under H.R. 1, home care recipients are being asked to make consequential decisions with incomplete information. This workshop is designed to give consumers, families, and the professionals who support them a practical footing on both fronts and to leave you with tools you can return to long after the session ends.
