Jenny McLelland is the policy director for home and community based services with Little Lobbyists, a family led organization that advocates for medically complex and disabled children. She is mom to James (15). James is tracheostomy and ventilator dependent. He is able to live a happy, healthy life at home with his family because he has access to private duty nursing care at home. She advocates for programs that make life work for medically complex kids. Jenny also writes about issues that affect disabled children for the California Health Report.
