Important Information for Blind or Visually Impaired Individuals about Medi-Cal
The California Department of Health Care Services is entering into a settlement agreement. Under the settlement, DHCS has agreed to a plan for how blind and visually impaired people who receive or are eligible for Medi-Cal services can get their Medi-Cal information in different ways than print. A court will review this agreement.

If you are unable to visit the website you may call (833) 930-2486 to get more information. Please visit the website or call as soon as you can if you want to give the court your opinion of the settlement agreement. The deadline for giving the court your opinion is May 9, 2025.
