Webinar Recording
Home and Community-Based Services and Supports (HCBS), including personal care assistance, are critical to many people with disabilities and their families who rely on HCBS to avoid institutionalization and remain active in their communities. Medicaid is the largest single source of payment for HCBS in the country and California. Changes to Medi-Cal under the California Advance and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) initiative have affected how HCBS is delivered and maintained in California. This webinar will provide information on how those changes affect legal services clients in the state who are Medi-Cal enrollees. This training will be a repeat of the same training held in December 2023 with any updates to the program.
