Reproductive Justice
DREDF advocates for the rights of disabled people to make informed and autonomous decisions about our bodies, our reproductive health, and when, whether, and how to start a family. To make self-determined decisions about our futures, we must have access to comprehensive sexual education, a full range of contraceptive options, preventative screening services, abortion, IVF, prenatal care, doula care, and postnatal care.
DREDF advocates for accessible, affordable, sexual and reproductive health care and education for people with disabilities. We are committed to challenging discriminatory attitudes and practices that undermine the reproductive rights of people with disabilities.
