DREDF recently released a new legal toolkit, Legal Advocacy for Unhoused People with Disabilities: Toolkit to Challenge California Laws Criminalizing Homelessness. This toolkit is for attorneys and legal advocates bringing affirmative litigation on behalf of unhoused people with disabilities. This webinar reviews the key aspects of the toolkit, including how to bring claims under the ADA. The webinar also includes a question-and-answer part with the attorneys who litigated many of the cases cited in the toolkit.
