Consumer Advocates Coalition Comments on Proposed Health Reform Regulations (PDF)
A coalition of 20 public interest and legal services groups has submitted a letter commenting on proposed regulations issued on March 21, 2013, related to aspects of California’s implementation of federal health care reform. The proposed regulations address eligibility and enrollment requirements for the Individual Exchange (Covered California) that will assist individuals in locating appropriate affordable health insurance. The April 3, 2013 letter offers comments, and highlights various concerns, from organizations that provide advocacy on behalf of consumers.
