In this webinar, attendees will be provided with an overview of the federal and California laws protecting the right to live with an assistance animal. Special attention will be given to tenants’ rights and responsibilities when making requests related to assistance animals, pet screening requirements, lease addendums and issues inadvertently created by the passage of AB 468.
